*god bless america
"Time is passing. Yet, for the United States of America, there will be no forgetting September the 11th. We will remember every rescuer who died in honor. We will remember every family that lives in grief. We will remember the fire and ash, the last phone calls, the funerals of the children." -W

*do your research
if the president of the school asks you if students are allowed to bring food and drink into the library, your response should probably NOT be: "well...you aren't supposed to, but i do it all the time! it's such a stupid rule."
if you weren't aware that you were speaking with the president of the school...i have no advice for you. drown in your own stupidity and embarrassment.

*SHANA TOVA!
Pet Peeve: when people conversing in a public domain intentionally speak one decibel louder than they should be speaking, for the sole purpose of having passerby hear the subject of their conversation. FYI, all innocent bystanders who were forced to be involved in this situation now know that those conversing are self important douchebags.
Bigger Pet Peeve: when the people conversing then decide to speak about how cool jesus is and how awesome the bible is and how every other religion just so happens to be wrong.
This is especially offensive to hear on rosh hashanah.
Solution: upon leaving, wish them "shana tova!" with a smile. if they seem confused, then they are not only self important douchebags, they are also ignorant.
